Most questions about ordering are answered below. If your copy is lost, arrived damaged, or something else is wrong, use the form at the bottom of this page and we will make it right.
How much does it cost?
In Canada, one copy is $24.99 CAD and two copies are $47.48 CAD. In the United States, one copy is $19.99 USD and two copies are $37.98 USD. Shipping is free on every order. For 10 or more copies, see bulk pricing.
How long will my book take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 days. Canadian orders ship from Marcus within a week. US orders are printed and shipped by our printer.
Can I get my copy faster?
Amazon is usually the quicker option. You can order from Amazon.ca or Amazon.com. Your local bookstore can also order it for you with ISBN 978-0-9917989-5-7.
Is tracking included?
No. Orders ship with standard mail and do not come with a tracking number. If your copy does not arrive, we will replace it.
What if my copy is lost or damaged?
We will replace it, in Canada and in the United States. If your copy has not arrived after 14 days, or it arrived damaged, send us the form below with the name and email you used at checkout.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout. If you did not get one, check your spam folder, then tell us using the form below.
Do you ship outside Canada and the United States?
Not yet. Amazon ships to many other countries, and your local bookstore can order the book for you.
Can I order for a team or a library?
Yes. Teams and libraries can order 10 or more copies at the bulk price, or request a quote for 50 or more. See bulk pricing.
